Shipping & Handling Fees
There is a nominal charge based on the products and location we ship to.

For international orders, you will need to pay Customs Duty as per the duty structure of the country you reside in. Customs Duty will be at actuals, and you will need to pay the Customs Duty at the time you accept the order.

Shipping Time
It takes 1-2 business days to process an order, from the time it is placed to when the package is handed to the carrier.

Orders placed after 12 pm are treated as if they came in the next business day.

As soon as we ship your order, we will send you a notification by email and also share the courier tracking details so you know when to expect it.

Expected delivery timelines based on location:

Within Kerala: Please allow 3 to 7 business days for the courier to be delivered
Metros: Please allow 3 to 7 business days for the courier to be delivered
Non-Metros and Interiors: Please allow 5 to 12 business days for the courier to be delivered
International: Please allow 10 to 20 business days for the courier to be delivered

Business days do not include Saturday or Sunday, and these estimates do not include weekend delivery.
